BEING Yoga & Pilates Studio成立於2022年。我們的創辦人早於2016年開始在將軍澳社區教授瑜伽和普拉提班。我們的導師均擁有國際瑜伽協會認可資歷及普拉提專業證書。我們一星期提供超過40節不同類型的課堂,包括合適初學者的伸展瑜伽、肩頸背伸展;強度較高的流瑜伽、有肌修身瑜伽和普拉提,以及時下非常流行的普拉提器械床(Reformer)小班課程。
BEING Yoga & Pilates was established in 2022. Our founder began teaching yoga and Pilates classes in the Tseung Kwan O community as early as 2016. We welcome completely beginners, right through to most experienced yoga and pilates practitioners. We honour our practice that creates a stronger and more connected body and mind. Our goal is to cultivate a friendly, positive environment and to foster a healthy and mindful community. Expect our founder Denise and her passionate team of instructors to deliver innovative classes, give hands-on adjustments and leverage your practice to next level.
